    ‘Let’s be in solidarity!’

Admittedly, not even a week ago I was extremely relaxed about the subject of Corona. It can change that quickly. On Instagram and on the web, you read more and more often about the economic difficulties that arise from the pandemic for small and not yet stably established companies and of course I also include f-e-wardrobe in the list of these companies. Part of the DNA of few is smart and lean structures, which intentionally makes the brand grow slower, but fortunately keeps the fear of the future and existence in an unanticipated situation like this within tolerable limits.

The shooting for the upcoming products was postponed with a heavy heart. We are all thinking about other things than further consumption at the moment and it doesn’t matter if it’s fast-fashion, travel or like with few, conscious consumption.

Nevertheless, the fact is that we are limited in our personal freedom but can persevere in a safe space. A big advantage compared to the refugees who are urgently waiting for evacuation on the Greek islands in the EU refugee camp. The association ‘Doctors without Borders’ predicts a humanitarian catastrophe should the coronavirus reach these refugee camps.

I am convinced that we will survive this crisis and that we will again – albeit (hopefully) more consciously – consume and take pleasure in beautiful things.

Therefore, from now on, few will donate 5% of the sales from a few gift certificates to ‘Doctors Without Borders’ to support their important work even from afar. Make your loved ones, who you might not be able to see right now, happy or give yourself a gift, including the nice feeling of being directly effective!
